Warranty Coverage
Our Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects including:
- Loose stones caused by manufacturing defects
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Broken solder joints
- Manufacturing defects in metal craftsmanship
- Defects discovered upon delivery
If the issue falls under manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost, subject to inspection.

Jewelry naturally develops minor signs of wear over time, which are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exclusions
The warranty becomes void if:
